A Blessed Witness

December 3, 2017 Speaker: Phil Kruis Series: Advent 2017

Topic: Sunday Morning Passage: Luke 1:5–7, Luke 1:24–25, Luke 1:39–45

Main point: Close contact with Christ creates Christ-like character: He removes our disgrace and makes us blessed witnesses.

I. Blessing and favor flow from the Lord

       a. “he looked upon me…”

       b. “He has…taken away my reproach”

II. Witnessing points to the Lord

Conclusion:

Questions to consider:  God showed his favor to Elizabeth and removed her disgrace. Has he done the same for you? Do you give God the credit for what he has done? Who knows about what he’s done in your life?
